I never write reviews but I am really upset. I don’t remember the stylists name but I sit in the chair and the first thing she tells me is that she was going to go on lunch but I’m her last client. I actually showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained more than once how I wanted to keep the length in the back but short on the sides. As she’s shaving my neck before I can say anything she hacks off the back to even it with the sides. She shaves it in a way that looks weird but I didn’t want to tell her to fix it and risk her messing it up even more. I got the MVP and it felt like she rushed through the entire hot towel shampoo part. I feel like she just didn’t care about what she was doing. I would have said something after that haircut but I didn’t want to start yelling so I just paid and left.

Does not open at 9 am, like the website says.

No wait light was on, checked in right away when I entered and sat down to wait. Two employees were working and both had no clients. A couple with their baby walks in a few minutes after I had already checked in and been waiting and they are immediately helped before me. The lady just tells me they’ll help me in a few minutes but after that I got up and left. Mediocre haircut, bad service and I will make sure to tell family and friends to not patronize this business.
